CloseIt's helpful for us to read the Scriptures that tell of the preeminent majesty and glory of God the Son, before He came and strolled the earth as the Son of Man. Doing so helps us to be even more at awe when we read the story of how He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and laid in the feeding trough of a Bethlehem stable. The Co-Creator of all things seen and unseen, humbled Himself and came to earth, to rescue us from sin and death and to make us His own! The One who occupied the glorious bliss of heaven, came and occupied a manger, then a carpenter shop, then a cross, then a tomb, and then His rightful throne at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. This story never gets old because it's the best story there ever was!
