“Praying For Hearts To Open”

“Praying For Hearts To Open”

As we take seriously our mandate to share the Good News with others, it behooves us to consider those times we get together with family, friends, and neighbors as natural times where we can share our faith, always being ready as Peter said, “to give the reason for the hope within us.”  As Paul told the church in Ephesus, we are to “make the most of every opportunity.”  But ultimately it is God who apprehends people to be His own.  He is the One who draws people to Himself.  He is the One who opens hearts to respond to the Message.  We then, are merely His instruments, prayerful vessels He uses as His faithful witnesses.  Oh but what a privilege that is!
