Blessed Are Your Eyes

Blessed Are Your Eyes

Following Jesus' Sermon on the Lake and right after He shared the Parable of the Sower, the disciples inquire as to why Jesus speaks in parables.  Quoting Isaiah 6:9-10, Jesus applies this to those whose hearts are hardened to His Kingdom message and Messianic purpose. But then He says to His disciples that they have been given the knowledge of the secrets of heaven along with these awesome words, "But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear." What's further exciting is these words apply to us as well!  The mystery of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is no longer a mystery!
