It’s normal to grieve the loss of a loved one. But we grieve the loss of a fellow believer differently. Why? The Gospel. The Good News brought to us as a result of Jesus’ death and resurrection. We grieve with Hope and that Hope will definitely not disappoint.

Is there hope for us former slaves of sin who were once bound for death? Romans 7:24-25 is more than hopeful when it says: “What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!” Hope for liberation? A thousand times yes!
